How does legal prostitution lead to sex slave trafficking?
There is a myth that if prostitution was legal it could be regulated and problems such as sex slave trafficking would end, although cases that come out of legal brothels dispel this myth. Why is it that despite legalization women are still promised legitimate jobs in wealthy nations, only to be taken as sex slaves and threatened with violence to herself or her family if she attempts to leave her pimp and how can we end this violence against women?
